Attachment style assessments are here (relationships & love)
How we keep our distance from others follows quiet patterns. Meet two assessments based on attachment style — one for everyday relationships, one for love.
When we draw close to someone, or pull away, there are patterns we barely notice ourselves. Grader now includes assessments based on the psychology of attachment style.
What is attachment style?
Attachment style describes the tendencies that underlie how we relate to others. Whether you can rely on people with ease, tend to avoid getting too close, or feel anxiety more strongly — these reactions can be sorted into a few types.
It isn't about good or bad. Simply knowing "this is how I tend to react" is a first step toward easier relationships.
Two assessments
- Attachment style for relationships — how you keep your distance with friends, colleagues, and everyday connections
- Attachment style in love — the tendencies that surface with a partner
Both have 24 questions and 8 result types. It's a theme worth sitting with, so the question count is on the higher side.
Not to blame, but to soften
Knowing your tendencies can give a little explanation to the things you "somehow keep repeating."
Your result isn't meant to label or pin down you or anyone else. Use it to look gently at where things get crossed, and to consider how you might relate next.
