Know Grader's six types. A quick category guide

From personality classification to jokes, Grader's assessments fall into six broad types. Here's how to enjoy each.

Grader has assessments of many purposes and moods. For newcomers, here's a quick guide to the six broad types.

The six types

  • Personality classification — sort yourself into types to grasp your tendencies. For when you want to know yourself
  • Ability measurement — measure skills and traits to make strengths and gaps visible
  • Career matching — explore hints about roles and work that might suit you
  • Compatibility — check your fit with a person or thing
  • Recommendation — find your "next one" — a work, place, or item — from your mood
  • Just for fun — relax and enjoy a little laugh

Choose by purpose

Days for deep reflection, days for a simple break. There's an assessment to fit either.

If you want to look closely at yourself, try personality classification or ability measurement. If you want something light, try the recommendation or just-for-fun types. Pick your doorway by the mood you're in.

We'll keep sharing new assessments and tips here on the Journal.
